You are eligible for a refund if you have generated fewer than 4 AI hairstyle transformations during the lifetime of your account.

To request a refund, please write to support@youraibarber.com from your registered email address. Include your account email and reason for the refund request.

Refund Eligibility

You're only eligible for a refund if you have generated fewer than 4 AI hairstyle transformations over the lifetime of your account.

If you've already used Your AI Barber to generate 4 or more AI hairstyle transformations, we cannot offer a refund as costs incurred for generative AI processing are extremely high.

Our upstream AI providers do not allow us to request refunds for the GPU processing time used to generate your AI transformations. This would make refunds a loss-making endeavor for us. During sign up, you agree to this refund policy for this reason.

One-Time Purchases

All products on Your AI Barber are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions to cancel. Once you purchase credits, they are yours to use whenever you want - they never expire. If you're eligible for a refund, we will process it according to the eligibility criteria above.
